Complaints procedure

Amroth Bay Holidays aims to provide an excellent and consistent service to all our customers. If you aren't satisfied with any aspect of our service, let us know so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

The complaints procedure is set out in 3 stages below,

How to complain

If you are currently staying with us please ring the shop intercom to speak to a member of staff. Complaints are often sorted out immediately this way. We prefer for all complaints to be made whilst you are here so that we can resolve the issue during your stay for your benefit.

Please ring the shop intercom, phone the duty member of staff on 07918 744 213 for maintenance problems, or 07480 88 60 88 for housekeeping. Alternatively please just speak to any member of staff you see around the park.

If we cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction whilst you are staying with us,  you can complain in writing to the Owners Emily & Nigel Clark. We prefer all correspondence in writing so please email or write to us:

Your complaint will be recorded and dealt with only by the owners of the park, Emily & Nigel Clark.


Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any matter of which you are aware and do not bring to our attention during your break.



What happens next?

We will investigate your complaint. If the complaint refers to something that could have been sorted out during your stay then we may be unable to help you much further. If we are at fault, we will try and put things right. If not, we will give a full explanation.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 28 days but reserve the right to take longer during any time.

If your not satisfied

If you feel at this point that you are not satisfied with our response you can then complain to Visit Wales, The British Holiday and Home Parks Association, the Federation of Small Businesses  or your local Ombudsman.

We find these useful especially laundry as we have to keep everything spotless due to no immunity. We like the fact it is homely. Home from home and very clean. Staff more than helpful.
